Creating artworks from magazines and exploring a more thoughtful approach to materials and design.

For over a decade, I worked as an engineer in construction. This background shaped the way I think — in terms of structure, process, and the life cycle of materials.
I have always been drawn to what is left behind — transforming old fabrics, reworking discarded objects, and creating from found elements. I still remember turning one of my grandmother’s old bedsheets into a blouse when I was at school.
For me, this way of working is not an abstract idea. It comes from being closely connected to materials — understanding how they are built, used, and eventually left behind.
Today, I create works from old magazines and continue exploring plant-based fibers and materials.
Old magazines carry stories, imagery, and traces of time that continue to exist through recycled forms of art and composition.
Art to Green is an evolving direction within my work — centered around transformation, material, and the beauty of what already exists.
From waste to meaning, from structure to sensitivity.
